Sad intelligence has been received here of the death of Mrs. C.E. Smith at Roswell, New Mexico, on Saturday night. Mrs. Smith went to that point several months ago in search of health.
The remains will be conveyed here to the residence of Mrs. Eller Latham, 414 5th Avenue west, and funeral services will be conducted on Saturday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. J.H. Hill will conduct the service and interment will follow at city cemetery, Priest directing.
The deceased is survived by her husband; one child; her father, E.L. Sanderson, of Decatur; three brothers, E.R. Sanderson, Decatur; W.B. Sanderson, Little Rock, Ark; H.D. Sanderson, Florence; two sisters, Mrs. B.M. Simpson, Decatur and Miss Mary Sanderson, of Decatur.
