Margaret Simpson, 82, died at her home on 3 October 2010 after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Simpson was born on Novemeber 29, 1927 in Gary, Indiana to John and Margaret Schaffer. She grew up and lived in St. Louis, Missouri until her marriage to Raymond H. Simpson in 1944. Marge lived and worked at Burnham City Hospital in Champaign, Illinois until her retirement. She spent her last 12 years living near her daughter in Fort Mill, SC.
Mrs. Simpson was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by four children,Raymond Harold Jr., Gary Lee, Randall Joesph, and Judith Kay;and four grandchildren,
Benjamin, Zachary, Steven and Caleb.
Marge was an energetic woman who loved to garden and care for her dogs.
