W. T. Anger Dies Sunday
Following a nine weeks illness, William Thomas Anger, 58, of Poseyville, died in St. Mary's hospital, Saginaw, Sunday morning.
He was born June 14, 1885, the son of Peter and Emily Anger, at Palmerston, Ont., and came to Michigan at the age of two. On April 17, 1912, he married Ocie Alspaugh, in Midland, and they had lived all their lives in this vicinity.
Surviving are his wife, his mother, and six children. They include four sons, Tech. Sgt. Clemon Anger, Tech Sgt. Elroy Anger, and Cpl .Thomas Anger, all in service, and Lee at home; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Carlson and Mrs. Ellen Short, of Midland. Six sisters, Mrs. John Manley, Mrs. Ervin Townsend, Mrs. William Arndt and Mrs. Annis Reinke, of Midland and Mrs. Frank Schreiber and Mrs. Allie Chanberlain, of Ingersoll township, and three brotherss, Robert Anger, of Poseyville, James, of Midland, and Russell, of Olson, also survive.
Funeral services are to he held in the Poseyville church at 2:30 on Wednesday with burial in Poseyville cemetery. Rev. W. J. Mundy of Saginaw, assisted by Rev. Freeman Brunson, will have charge of the services.
