Visitation and services will be in Summers Funeral Home with Rev. John Lefler presiding. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Wingert was born Feb. 19, 1927, in Richland County, the son of Lessie and Neva (McCarty) Wingert.
He married Mary Stanley May 9, 1952, in Richland County, and she survives.
He was a self-employed oil field pipe and equipment operator.
Other survivors include two sons, Doug and Dave, both of Olney; his mother, Mrs. Neva Whitaker, Olney; a brother, Cloyd (Chuck), Olney; two sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Margaret) Petty and Mrs. Bill (Opal) Hataway, both of Olney.
