Mrs. Hugh Gooshaw, 25, died at her home on the Marble Hill Road early Tuesday, Aug. 17 after a long illness.

Mrs. Gooshaw was born June 15, 1912, in Norwood, the daughter of George and Delia Teabo Layaw. In 1932 she married Hugh Gooshaw of Norfolk and came here to reside.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the church, Rev. Calvin Stopp, pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist church officiating.

She is survived by her husband, and one son, Ronald, aged 4 years, five sisters, Mrs. James King, Norwood; Mrs. Merle LaMay, Mrs. Chester Spencer, Mrs. Herbert Upell of Norfolk; five brothers, Ronald of Norfolk, Harold, Clyde, Lloyd and Paul of Norwood.

Interment was in Bixby cemetery.
