She was born October 3, 1916 in Oak Ridge the daughter of Frank and Kathryn (Suda) Komurka.
On May 10, 1937 Virginia married Virgil Delkamp at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Virginia loved having all of the holiday's with her family.
She enjoyed vacations and gambling trips.
Virginia is survived by three children, David Delkamp of Muscoda, Kenneth (Dixie) Delkamp of Muscoda, Suanne (Baxter) Gutknecht of Spring Green, and a son-in-law Richard Palan of Muscoda.
Virginia is further survived by eight grandchildren, Randy (Missy) Palan, Pam (Jamie) Rodgers, John (LeeEllen) Palan. Kelly (Kevin) Schaefer, Matt (Cheri) Delkamp, Katie (Jeff) Campbell, Shannon (Nick) Hagmann, Wesley Gutknecht, 18 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Kathryn Komurka, her husband Virgil, and her daughter Marlene Palan.
Virginia was also preceded in death by two sisters Mary Michek and Agnes Huddleston, and her brother Frankie Komurka.
A Funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Muscoda, with Father Peter Auer officiating.
Burial was held at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
Friends called at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 12:00 P.M.
