Mrs. Lou Foy Dies at Casper, Wyo. -
Mrs. Lou Foy, a former resident of Palmer, passed away at Casper, Wyoming last week. She was buried at Kearney on July 11. She had been bedfast for a few months prior to her death.
She was a sister of Mrs. Will Weber and Mrs. Leura Arnold of Palmer. Those attending her funeral from Palmer were Mr. and Mrs. Will Weber, Mrs. Leura Arnold, Mr. and Mrs. Will Stearman and Mrs. George Verplank.
