William Allen "Bill" Owens, 71, passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010, at a local hospital. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Thursday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Bill was born June 8, 1939, in Point to Haskell and Essie Owens. He was the oldest of two children born of their marriage. He was a longtime resident of Fort Worth. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. Survivors: Son, Billy Owens and wife, Amy; daughter, Amanda Bryan; grandchildren, Shelby and Brett Owens, and Katie and Kristan Perez; and nephews, Geoff Valentine and wife, Donna, Greg Valentine and wife, Christie.
