HAVRE - Lorena (Waldrip) "Ma Rick" Rick, 88, a homemaker and community volunteer who enjoyed sewing and had a talent for helping others, died of natural causes Sunday at her son's home in Havre.
Her funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at the 5th Avenue Christian Church, with burial in Highland Cemetery.
Holland & Bonine Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a son, Rod Rick, of Havre; stepchildren, Sean Rick, of Houston, Matt Rick, of Northern Ireland, and Margaret Ricks, of London; a brother, Ted Waldrip, of Kent, WA; sisters, Valeria Karfstedt, of Redmond, WA, Neomia R. Bitterman, of Powder Springs, GA, Carolee Walls, of Greensboro, MD, and Linda R. Swallow, of Havre; four grandchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her second husband, Mat Rick, in 1999; and sons, Ted Drugge and Donald Drugge, in 1986, and Keith Drugge, in 2001.
