when David Romain died, his parents did not have a plot, so that he was buried next to his grandparents, Moses Grant Dawson & Minnie Almadie (Smith) Dawson
There is no marker or headstone present.

David Romain Dawson, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Dawson died in Bevier at the home of his parents, Aug. 13
Born July 25, 1941 the infant died 20 days its birth.
His mother and father and two sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Nellie Margaret survive. He is also survived by Gerald and Eunice Dawson,
a half brother and sister.
Funeral services were conducted at the Dawson home Aug. 13 by the Rev. O.C. Rhinehart of Bevier.
Burial was at the West Oakwood Cemetery.
