WALNUT COVE - Mr. Billy Thomas "Wild Bill" Holt, 73 went home to be with his Lord, Friday, November 5, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born May 20, 1937 in Forsyth County to Robert Moir and Pearl Poole Holt. Wild Bill was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church and retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, with 20 plus years of service. Billy loved his family and was always there for them, he always tried to make people laugh doing his pony shows at Schools, Children's Camps, Handicapped Kids, Nursing Homes and Parades. He loved his God, and church, reading his Bible daily, always there for his kids helping anyway he could, and He was a loyal family man. A 2:00 p.m. funeral service will be held Monday, November 8, 2010 at Calvary Hill Baptist Church, Walnut Cove, with Rev. Roy Fagge officiating. Entombment will follow in The Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, Walkertown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Edwards Holt, a son Larry Holt, Grandson; Michael W. Fulks, Jr. Sister; Doris H. Warren and brothers; Carl and Ed Holt. He is survived by his children, Debbie H. Fedorchak and husband Phil of Germanton, Mark Holt and wife Kathy of Germanton and Kim Holt of East Bend. Four Grandchildren; William T. Holt, Amanda L. Holt, Heather L. Fedorchak and Philip M. Fedorchak, Jr., One Brother; Eugene Holt. The family will receive friends, Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Burroughs Funeral Home and other times at the home of his son, Mark Burroughs Funeral Home in Walnut Cove is serving the Holt family.
