Elias Vanwey, died at his home near town, about 7 o'clock this evening.

He was In Greentop this afternoon and was complaining of a severe pain near his heart but no one suspected it was serious.

While here he got some medicine from the doctor and then went home. A few hours later news of his death was received here.

He had been subject to a pain in the region of his heart for several months but it had not been so acute until today.
