Agnes Gabrielson, 83, of 356 Tenth Ave., co-owner of the former Universal Sewing & Burling Co., died Saturday at home. She was the wife of Sigurd W. Gabrielson. She was the widow of Bengt Holmberg.

Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late John and Kristina (Anderson) Swahn.

Mrs. Gabrielson was member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, and its senior citizens group. She was a member of the Lutheran Church Women.

Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Helen Spont of Bellingham, Mass., and Alice O'Neill of Woonsocket; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Harris Avenue. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
