In his will, Howard appointed his wife Jeannie B; executrix and given a life estate. Both daughters: Beatrice & Agnes given remainder.
He also bequeathed his writing deak (desk) to oldest daughter
Beatrice(Stains). Must have been a special piece of furniture to be listed in his will.
His younger son, Kenneth died in 1904, at age 2 yrs.
