Isabela M. Garcia Born January 11, 1919 in Hilo, Hawaii. A resident of Sunnyvale, California from 1938 to 2000. In 2000 Isabela came to live with her daughter Carolyn in Santa Clara, California. Isabela loved to crochet and garden. She took great pride in cultivating flowers and vegetables in her yard. Known for her sharp wit, she loved playing jokes with her family. Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Andrew H. Garcia, and her son Andrew "Sonny" Garcia. Loving mother to Carolyn McAllister of Santa Clara, California and Kenneth Garcia of Fresno, California. Devoted grandmother of seven and proud great-grandmother of five. Dear sister of Rose Carlotto of Burney, CA, Gloria Garcia of Sunnyvale, CA and the Late Frank & Tony Moreno, Mary Balga, Adoracion Molina and Victoria Colosi. In lieu of flowers, family prefers donations to the Flight 93 Memorial Fund in Isabela's name. Recitation of the Holy Rosary Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 7 PM at Wyant-Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, California. Funeral Friday August 18, 2006 commencing at 9AM at the above funeral home and proceeding to St. Martin's Catholic Church in Sunnyvale. Entombment Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
