"At her residence near Vermillionville, on the 8th inst., Mrs. Jerusha Dimmick, consort of Den. E. Dimmick, in the 61st year of her age.
The immediate cause of her death was lung fever. Mrs. D. was formerly from Mansfied, Conn. In all the relations of wife, mother, friend and neighbor, her loss will be deeply felt. Her friends have the consolation of knowing that she was prepared for death."
