Evelyn L. Davis, wife of Albert A. Davis, died at WCCH on December 10, 1943. She was born in Warsaw on March 29, 1892, the daughter of George and Agnes Sullivan Farnsworth.
Surviving besides her husband, are two sons, Albert F. Davis of Batavia, John W. Davis of Buffalo; three grandchildren; two brothers, Frank of Silver Springs, George of Buffalo; three sisters, Mrs. John Ralph, Mrs. Peter Green and Mrs. Joseph Caryl all of Silver Springs. Funeral services and prayers were held at the home of her sister, Mrs. Green. A Mass at St. Mary's Church with Rev. Henry B. Shaw officiating, followed with burial in the church cemetry in Silver Springs.
