Funeral services for Mrs. Connie Huffman Baker, 69, of Aberdeen were held at 2 pm Sunday, June 11 at the Houston Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Vaden officiating. Mrs. Huffman, a native of Chickasaw County, died Saturday, June 10 at Jackson.
Burial for Mrs. Baker followed at Macedonia Cemetery.
She was a retired factory worker and the daughter of Lee Huffman and Geneva Thrasher. She was a widow.
Mrs. Baker is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Jordon of Aberdeen; a son, James Phillip Brown of Houston; two brothers, Worth Huffman and Sammie Huffman of Houston; a sister, Mrs. Belle Boyce of West Point; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Pallbearers included Bobby L Huffman, Phil Griffin, Kenny Scott, Willie Gene Huffman, David Huffman and Billy King.
