He was the father of Mrs. Mary Hazard Butler Denby, and son Alfred L. Hazard, grandfather of Viola, June, Barbara, George, Gloria and Diana.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by wife Viola Hazard Butler, a son that survived nine days and passed January 1, 1924; a sister Mary Butler Armstrong.
Funeral service at Beecher and Bennett, 100 Bdwy., Sat. morning, Jan. 12th, at 10 o'clock. Interment in Winsted, Conn.
