AGE: 62 KEYPORT
Roberta Thompson, 62, of Keyport, passed away, Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge.
Born in Perth Amboy, she resided in South Amboy before moving to Keyport 20 years ago.
She was a teacher for 39 years with the Keyport Central School, retiring in 2009.
Roberta is predeceased by her mother, Grace Mulrooney Kipp; and a brother, Brian Kipp.
She is survived by her beloved husband, two loving daughters, her devoted father, a dear brother, her mother-in-law, and an aunt. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited Tuesday, 4-8PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport; and Wednesday, 8:30AM at the funeral home, with a 9:15AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph RC Church, Keyport. Entombment will follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
