Alice M. Mountain

Alice M. Mountain, 82, of New Enterprise RD, died unexpectedly at 7:30 a.m. Friday, April 29, 1983.

She was born, December 18, 1901, at New Enterprise RD, a daughter of Reubin H. and Laura M. (Eversole) Pressel.

On June 30, 1921, in Cumberland, Md., she married C. Ernest Mountain, who died November 15, 1975.

Surviving are two children: Donald E., of Streetsboro, Ohio; and Mrs. Shirley J. Border, of Everett, R.D. 2. Nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. Mountain was a member of the Loysburg United Church of Christ.

Funeral services: Sunday, May 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the S. Gerald Weaver Funeral Home in Woodbury, with Rev. A.M. Gordon Jr., officiating. Burial in Holsinger Cemetery, Bakers Summit.

Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
