She was born March 29, 1952, to George and Blanche Patenaude in Belcourt.

Survivors: daughters, Jeanelle Vallie, Bismarck, and Angela LaVallie, Belcourt; nine grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Charette, Liz Beston and Carol Patenaude, all Belcourt; brothers Melvin, Gillette, Wyo., and John, Rolla.

Funeral: Tuesday, 10 a.m., St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt.

Burial: Church cemetery, in the spring.
