Fianna was the daughter of George and Margaret (Habberman) Andreas and was born in Pennsylvania, just prior to the family moving from Northampton Co. (now Carbon Co.) Pennsylvania. It was there she was likely born. Her maiden name was Andreas, which was common ly changed to Andrews in the following generations. Her parents had ten children and two of the brothers, Moses and Nathan Andreas, as well as Fianna, married Hammon siblings, children of Daniel and Mary Magdalene Hammon of Homer. Moses moved out west to Utah after his father died in Iowa. Nathan moved to Ellis Kansas and his wife died in Homer and is buried in Homer Reformed Churchyard and Fianna's husband John Hammon, died and was also buried in Homer Reformed Cemetery. Fianna remarried Bazel C. Smith and had issue.
