She was born March 19, 1912, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Flora E. Fox and George E. Vetter.
She married Henry F. "Hank" Kunz on July 19, 1947, in Springfield; he preceded her in death on January 21, 1976.
She was a member of Kincaid Baptist Church.
She farmed in the Edinburg and Kincaid areas and was a cigar maker for Jamison Tobacco Factory in Springfield for several years.
She was a Bartender at Betty's Tavern in Kincaid for several years retiring in 1984.
She was a member of the South Fork Seniors Citizens Center and Royal Neighbors.
She is survived by her son: Edward (wife Linda) Budds of Angelton, TX; brother: Richard "Bill (wife Julia) Vetter of Forsythe, MO; sister: Doris Lubonovich of Tovey; three grandsons; two step-grandsons; one step-granddaughter; two great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; four step-great-grandsons; six step-great-granddaughters; one step-great-great-grandson; and two step-great-great-granddaughters; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one great-grandaughter; one great-grandson; and four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 17, at Kincaid Baptist Church, with Rev. Howard E. Wise officiating. The body will lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Burial will be in Edinburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16 at Masterson Funeral Home, Kincaid.
