LUKE HAZE CASEY

Graveside service for Luke Haze Casey, 72, 404 E. Church St., will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Carlsbad Cemetery. Gilbert Dollahon will officiate.

Arrangements are being handled by West Funeral Home. There will be no visitation.

Mr. Casey died Monday at his home.

He was born Feb. 8, 1919, in Parthenon, Ark. He attended school in Clarksville, Ark., and came to Carlsbad in 1951 and began working for Potash Company of America. Two years later, he went to work for U.S. Potash.

He retired from Mississippi Chemical Corp.

Survivors include two sons, Rick Casey of Green River, Wyo., and Dennis Casey of Omaha, Neb.; one brother, Darrell Casey of Moab, Utah; two sisters, Fama Rhett of San Diego, Calif., and Helen Hale of Grants Pass, Ore.; and two grandchildren.

His oldest brother, Guy Devoe Casey born 16 May 1910 and died 9 August 1980 buried 13 August 1980 in Williamette National Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. FAG memorial 3894884
