Larry O'Neil Caudill, age 75, Brownstown, passed away at 9:41 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2010, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour.
Mr. Caudill was a member of Ratcliff Grove Christian Church and was retired from Cummins Engine Co., Columbus. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed fishing on local farm ponds.
Born November 10, 1935, in Jeremiah, Kentucky, he was the son of James Hubbard and Vivian Caudill, both of whom preceded him in death. On April 23, 1955, in Red Foxx, Kentucky., he married Mary Ison, who survives in Brownstown.
Other survivors include one son, Don Caudill, Bedford; one daughter, Dara Tormoehlen, Indianapolis; one sister, Geraldine (Rodney) Ison, Jeremiah, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Scott Tormoehlen, Nathan (Christy) Tormoehlen and Erica Tormoehlen; and four great-grandchildren, Camron Caudill, Emalee Goss, Owen Tormoehlen and Tyler Tormoehlen.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Shane Caudill.
Ken Jergens will conduct funeral services at 1 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010 at Spurgeon Funeral Home Inc., Brownstown. Burial will take place at Valley Home Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 16, 2010 and from noon until time of service Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Don and Dana Myers Cancer Center, Seymour.
