Wilson, son of Benjamin Mosher (1770-1850) & Robey Deuel Titus (1775-Unk), was born in Providence, NY. He married in 1893 to Florilla Hydon. He was a minister of the Christian Church, serving in Pittstown, Rensselaer Co, NY 1841 and Grafton, Rensselaer Co, NY 1843. From there he led a group of families to Otisco, Ionia Co, MI before 1850. In 1860 he gave his occupation as farming.
