ADA - Mrs. Ursel S. Morehead, 70, Rt. 2, Ada, died at 9 a.m. Wednesday in Bluffton Community Hospital after an extended illness.
Born April 8, 1897, in Lima, she was the daughter of Henry and Isabelle (Fisher) Long. She was married on January 12, 1918 to Clinton Morehead, who died in 1953.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lester (Katherine) Ackerman, and Mrs. Harold (Margie) Badertscher, both of Rt. 2, Ada; a sister, Mrs. Glen (Marie) Robinson, and a brother, Joseph, both of Lincoln Park, Mich.; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Hanson Funeral Home, Ada, with Harry Wilson and Thomas Nussbaum in charge. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
