I believe she may be a duaghter of Andrew Jackson Fondren and Nancy McAllister Ferguson Fondren and that her year of birth is around 1870 rather than 1858. If so, her father is buried at Sardis Cemetery in Perry County.

∼Mary Magnolia "Nola" Fondren was born just five years after the Civil war and raised in the very rural farm setting of North Perry County, Alabama along the river bottom of the Cahaba River from nearby Heiberger. The third of fifteen children, she was nineteen when her father suddenly died leaving her to help her mother raise her twelve younger siblings. By her mid-twenties, she would marry John Henry Logan, brother to her sister Callie's husband, on March 29, 1896. The second of the children to marry, she would have have eight children while living and farming northeast of the community of Sprott, in Severe Beat, Perry County, Alabama. Her sister Callie was living and farming nearby. They lived a challenging lifestyle. In 1928, after 33 years of marriage, she would be the second child in the Fondren family to die at 58. Called Nola by all, she would leave behind her husband, sons Paul Logan, Fondren Logan (Mary Ella), and Edison Logan along with daughters Rama Griffin (Nip) and Addie Moore (Allie). She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Nannie Fondren and infant son Henry Logan. She is buried at Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery near the intersection of County Road 9 and Hudson Huey Road.
