As of December 2015 none of the Bonner markers were legible. Clearly whoever had written on the stone when I saw it in 2008 was just writing what they believed on it--because even the name was barely legible at that time.

Marie Wilson had records that someone made back in the 1940s of what was on the markers, and for Charles' wife, Sarah, they say she died April 3, 1857, age 71 years 1 month 15 days.

In 1810 he and his wife and their four children lived on a farm in Buffalo Township, Armstrong County, PA. Also living with them were a male, age 16-26, and a female, age 10-16, who are guessed to be his brother, age about 20, and his young wife, age 16.

In 1820 he and his wife and their eight children lived there.
