Census of 1870 shows Alex W as born TN. His wife Percila M ( Priscilla Margaret ) or PM. She was also know as " Aunt Dilly or Delia ". AW, PM, Nancy, Lafayett, Josephine,Mary A and John H Blackburn living next to Reason and Martha E Blackburn-Isom.
Alexs death was reported in The Weekly Ozark County Times on January 2, 1890 as " We are sorry to learn of the death of AW Blackburn, one of the old citizens of the county. We did not learn the particulars.
Ozark County Times Paper lists P M alive for court appearance in 1902. The Bakersfield News July 2, 1909 edition has an article on her Suprise birthday party. Mrs. Delia Blackburn, states she is 77 years old. Says she came to this county as a bride and has lived in Ozark County more than half a century. She is not on 1910 census. Estimated to have died between that period.
AW and PM originally buried at Mitchell Cemetery, grave # 8. Moved to Udall about 1942 before Lake Northfork built. AW tombstones inscribed, Alex W Blackburn, born Nov 13,1832, Aged 58 yrs, 2 M's, 11 d's. ( Jan 24 1891? ) Wife, buried next to, small stone,
