She attended public school in Bamberg County. At an early age, she joined the Prospect United Methodist Church where she attended for many years. After the consolidation of the two churches, she became a member of the Hickory Hill United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Warren was married to the late William Warren.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: One son, Mr. William Warren, Jr., of Brooklyn, New York; One daughter, Mrs. Azalee W. Varn of Bamberg, South Carolina; One Brother Earl Behling of Bamberg, South Carolina; Two sisters: Mrs. Jettie Loadholt and Mrs. Susie Brown, both of Bamberg, South Carolina; One sister-in-law, Mrs. Henrietta Behling of Bamberg, South Carolina; One son-in-law, Mr. Joe E. Varn of Bamberg, South Carolina; Four grandchildren; One great grandchild; Two grandchildren-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
