Delbert Rominger?) was the eldest of seven known children of Isaac James Rominger (1842-1918) and Mary Elizabeth Knotts Rominger (1850-1916), who married 20 Feb 1870 at Bartholomew County, Indiana. Prior to marrying Mary, Deb had been married to Almira (Elmira?) Ellen White Rominger (1848-1868) on 05 Sep 1865 at Orange County, Indiana, with whom he had an additional two children.
Deb married Margaret Ellen Hatton (1879-1963) on 12 Apr 1897 at Howard County, Indiana. Deb and Margaret were the parents of five known children, namely:
