Services were held at the Congregational Church of Aldrich with burial in Verndale cemetery.
While on a journey to Florida with her husband and her brother and wife, she became ill at St Petersburg when malaria gripped her, later pneumonia developed.
Ella was born at Grand Ledge, MI January 15, 1869.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs Otis Bell of Aldrich and Mrs Silos Hessegranen of Irricanna, Canada and George Stone also of Canada.
