Mary M. Kent, 64, of Pharr, Texas, formerly of rural Chillicothe, died Sunday at the Rio Grande Regional Hospital, McAllen, Texas.
Born July 4, 1922, in Christian County, Ky., to Arthur and Minnie Hard Meacham, she married Raymond Kent Oct. 24, 1945, in Hopkinsville, Ky.
He survives, along with her mother of Hopkinsville; one son, Robert of Chicago; one daughter, Mary Kay Hutton of Cascade Locks, Ore.; one brother, Arthur Meacham of Russellville, Ky.; and one sister, Mrs. Frances Myers of Hopkinsville.
She had lived in Texas for seven years.
Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.
