She passed away three days after her birth from a heart defect that today would be easily corrected. She had a tiny hole in her heart that went undetected by Doctors.
I never got to see or hold her. My mom said she had light red, wavey hair.
Needless to say, the family was totally distraught by her death. She was truly wanted and loved, even before her birth.
