Salt Lake City LDS Library was found the Parish register for the C of Ire Parish in Modreeny and it had the marriage record of: ABBOTT Marmaduke, of Modreeny to ABBOTT, Margaret, (b abt 1808, Ireland,) of Modreeny, by license on Feb. 1, 1828.

Also had the Baptism record of three of their children, Wm. Henry, bap. 17 April 1829; Francis bap. 8 Apr. 1834; and Louisa, bap. 8 March, 1840. They had two other children, Marmaduke Jr. born between Wm. Henry and Francis, and Isabella Matilda born after 1840 but no record of their baptisms.
