Alfred Tanner - There passed away at the Dawson Memorial Hospital at Bridgewater on Wednesday, December 2nd, Alfred Tanner of Stonehurst. The late Mr, Tanner's death was unexpected as he was working until a few weeks before his death. The funeral took place at his home, Stonehurst, on Friday, December 4th, Rev. Mr. Hartley of the United Church having charge of the services; Rev. Mr. McLean of Blue Rocks assisted. The late Mr. Tanner is survived by his widow and two sons Fenwick and Clarence, both of Stonehurst. Flowers were sent by Sam Tanner, brother of the deceased, and Lewis Lasby. Card of Thanks - The family of the late Alfred Tanner would like to thank their friends for the kindnesses shown them during the recent death of the husband and father.
