Mr. David Driver, Sen., died at his home near here on the 30th day of November, 1897, of paralysis at the advanced age of 80 years. Mr. Driver was a member of the Dunkard (German Baptist) church and a good citizen, and was regarded as a man of veracity and truth.
His remains will be buried in the Wampler graveyard near by and his funeral will be preached in the church at Timberville
The deceased leaves a wife, who has been a great sufferer from rheumatism for a long time, so that she has not walked for years; two sons and one daughter, and a large circle of relatives and friends.
