Lyman E. Brown, 59, of 6518 Midfield Drive, died yesterday in Parkview Hospital after a lengthy illness.
A native of Clymer, NY, Mr Brown had lived in Fort Wayne since 1955. He was employed as a design engineer at International Harvester Co., for 18 years. In 1955, he had retired as a major in the Army after 22 years of service.
Surviving are his wife, Geraldine; one son, Todd and three sisters, Mrs. Alice Keith, and Mrs Anna Ackroyd and Mrs. Marian Blackmore.
Services will be at 9:30 am Wednesday at the E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, New Haven and at 10 am at St. Charles Catholic Church. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Tuesday. The Rosary will be said at 7:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
