Mother of Thomas Smith Allen, wife of Zachariah Allen, his second wife.They were married in Blount County, Tennessee and then moved to Greene County, Illinois. After Zachariah Allen died, she and three of her children including Thomas moved to Hale Township near Monmouth, Warren County, Illinois. They traveled westward searching for new lands and opportunities to settle new farms and seek religious freedoms.
