Miss Lydia Brant, daughter of Kendall Brant, died at her home near Spragg, Sunday morning, August 18, aged 29 years, after a year's illness of tuberculosis. Miss Brant was a member of the St. Anne Roman Catholic church of Waynesburg and was highly esteemed. Beside her father she is survived by two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. John Reese, of Knoxville, Pa., Mrs. George Stephens, of Blacksville, W. Va., James Brant, of Plain City, Ohio, and W. E. Brant, at home, and a half sister, Mrs. W. E. Spragg, of East Waynesburg.
