Entombment will be held in Ayden Cemetery. Mr. Braxton was a native of Greene Co., had lived the past 32 years in Ayden. He was aRetired Truck Driver with Pitt County Transportation Co. in Farmville. He recently resided at East Carolina Care Nursing Home in Greenville. Mr. Braxton was a member of Ormondsville F.W.B. Church in Ormondsville. Surviving are wife Dixie Cunningham Braxton of Greenville; 3 Daughters; Brenda Braxton of Greenville; Teresa Whitley of Macclesfield ; Liz Meadowa - Ormomdsville; One Grandson: Christopher Meadows - Ormondsville; 5 sisters; Lucille Bowen - Ormondsville; Thelma Dennis , Marie Nobles, andDorothy Carraway - Ayden; Mattie B. Moore - Farmville. The family will receive friends at Farmers Funeral Services at 7 pm. Other times at the home of sister Marie Nobles at 665 Terrace Dr. Ayden, NC
