Timothy L. Novak, 57, of Indianapolis, Ind., died January 25, 2011.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home in Plainfield, Ind. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield, Ind.
Mr. Novak was born October 11, 1953, in Olney, to the late Stanley and Geneva Novak.
He had been a driver for Builders Concrete Supply. He was also an Air Force veteran.
Mr. Novak is survived by his wife, Wanda Novak; children, Nathan and Karen Novak, Marie Jensen and Kimberley Parsley; siblings, Don, Pete, Steve, Nola Rae, Louise, Mary, Suzie and Debbie; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Geneva Novak; sister, Shirley; sister, Diane; brother, Stan; and two infant brothers, Vincent and James.
