Stonewall "Stoney" Jackson, age 94 of Leachville, died Friday at NEA Baptist Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born at Silverdale, Missouri he was the son of the late William Henry and Myrtle Eaton Jackson and had been a lifelong Leachville area resident.
He was a retired appliance repairman and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Skaggs Jackson, 3 sons; Eugene Jackson, Danny Ray Jackson, and Joe Wayne Jackson, a grandson, Dennis Jackson, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include;
1 Granddaughter, Teresa Hinni of St. Louis, MO
1 Great-granddaughter, Sarah Hinni of St. Louis, MO
4 Sisters:
Irene Emery of Hartford, Michigan
Juanita Miller of Coloma, Michigan
Mary Jackson of Leachville
Rose Sexton of Leachville
He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in Leachville Cemetery.
