Charlotte was the daughter of Vernon Walter and Lillian (Delano) Sanders.

Charlotte Sanders Lowery, 82 of Warsaw, died on February 14, 2008. Mrs. Lowery was the wife of Robert W. Lowery Sr., a member of Warsaw Baptist Church, and was retired from Northern Neck State Bank.
In addition to her husband, survivors are her son, Robert W. Lowery, Jr. and his wife, E. Jeanne Lowery, of Washington State. Three grandchildren, Timothy and wife, Denise, John and wife Linda, and Lesley Lowery, and their mother, Gene B. Lowery of Warsaw; Three great-grandchildren, Rachel, James and Leilani Lowery.
Funeral Services were held Monday, February 18, 2008 at Warsaw Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. J. Michael Robertson officiated.
Pallbearers were Curtis Smith, Herbert Bronner, Brad Lowery, Randy Packett, David Mann, Wayne Brown, Robert Delano, and Rusty Brown.
