RICHFIELD SPRINGS - Miss Mary Adsitt, aged seventy-nine, practically a life-long resident of Richfield Springs, died Monday morning at 4:30 o'clock at the Vernon Pier boarding home, Delaware street in Cooperstown, where she had lived since August, 1937. She had been ill over eleven weeks following a paralytic stroke. The funeral will be held Wednesday from the Brown & Tillapaugh Funeral home Cooperstown. The Rev. Frederick W. Connell, pastor of the Methodist church will officiate. Interment will be in the family plot in Lakeview cemetery, Richfield Springs. She was born February 1, 1861, in Richfield Springs, the daughter of K. G. and Elizabeth Adsitt. Her only relative is Miss Ella Winne of Richfield Springs, a third cousin."
