Morning Herald Uniontown, PA November 13, 1926:
Miss Dorothy Marjorie Williams and Joseph Walton Hoone left early yesterday morning, Friday, November 12, 1926, for New Brighton where they were to be married in the evening by Rev. GM Riley, formerly pastor of the Baptist church of Fairchance. The bride is the daughter of J. Arthur Williams of South UNiontown and a graduate of the South Union High School. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Hoone.
According to neighbors, Dorothy loved her home at 411 Perry Avenue, so I have added old pictures of the home. Also, Mrs. Hoone was a cousin of Shirley Jones, the actress.
