Synthia/Cynthia was the daughter of Jeff Williams and Emily Whitely who lived on Middlefork in Magoffin Co. She had a 1st marriage to Floyd Gullett around 1914 in Magoffin Co. Floyd died in 1915 from typhoid. He was buried in the Yellowhill Cemetery in Gullet, Ky. Floyd was the son of Harris Gullett and Liz Ann Haney. They had one child. Cynthia had a 2nd marriage to Daniel B. (Walters) Lykins on 8-1-1919 in Magoffin Co. Daniel came to Perry Co. to work in the coal mines where all of their children where born.
