Danny Risner, age 44, of Carrie, Ky., passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011, at his residence.
He was born August 30, 1966, at Hindman, Kentucky, a son of the late Hilbert Risner and Geraldine Slone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Timothy Risner.
Surviving are two brothers, Thomas (Frankie) Risner of Carrie, Kentucky, and Hilbert (Missy) Risner of Hindman, Kentucky, three sisters, Regina (David Hall) Taylor of Viper, Kentucky, Megan (Paul) Watson of Carrie, Kentucky, Renee (Jacky) Branhan of Hallie, Kentucky, special friend, Kathleen Click, special nephew, Gavin Slone, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2011, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman, Kentucky. Burial will be in Risner Miller Cemetery, Hindman, Kentucky.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2011, at the funeral home with additional services each night at 7 p.m. with Bethel Bolen and James Hughes officiating.
